aBook Data Deletion Instructions

aBook is operated by Editerra AB, Sibeliusgången 24, 164 77 Stockholm, Sweden. Org.nr: 559441-6454.

Users may delete their aBook account and associated personal data directly inside the aBook mobile application.

Delete your account and data in the app

1. Open the aBook app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open the Account screen.
4. Select the account deletion option and confirm the deletion.

After account deletion, personal data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

Data affected by account deletion

Account deletion covers personal information associated with your aBook account, including account information, email address, authentication information, user-created annotations, messages, uploaded images and videos, club and family membership information, and push notification preferences where applicable.

Remove aBook from Facebook

If you used Facebook Login, you may also remove aBook from your Facebook account settings:

1. Open Facebook.
2. Go to Settings & privacy.
3. Open Settings.
4. Open Apps and Websites.
5. Select aBook and remove it.
